Alcohol and drugs misuse can affect all Victorians.
It may affect you, your family or someone you know. It affects children's health and welfare. It contributes significantly to crime. It is associated with common mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety. It is associated with road deaths and chronic illness. It contributes to social problems such as domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, and homelessness.
The Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association (VAADA) is asking all Victorians to provide feedback and ideas on how the harms associated with alcohol and drugs can be reduced.
Your Feedback will make a difference! Tell us what you think the issues are around alcohol and drug misuse in Victoria. What would you do differently to current Government initiatives? If alcohol or other drugs have affected you or someone you know in the past what are the experiences that the Government could learn from?
